CHRIST-CENTERED BELIEVERS

The articles listed below were written for those who have placed Christ, and His Word, at the center of their lives. This means, every major decision in life (e.g., relationships, jobs, finances, moving, etc..), as well as some small decisions (e.g., should I say something or remain quiet, should I pray or take Tylenol, etc..), is prayed about and waited on and/or searched for within The Scriptures – so that direction and guidance can be found.

At this level, Christians have learned that prayer is SO MUCH more than asking for what they want – and that it is pramarily about fellowship with God!

Additionally, these Christ-Followers have learned to listen in prayer – because sometimes our Lord speaks directly to our hearts by leading us where He wants us to go (which is sometimes very different from what we think and feel).

Three key points about Christ-Followers at this level of maturity are:

1. The amount of time spent in prayer, as compared to other times in their lives.
2. The amount of time spent in reading and study of His Word, as compared to other times in their lives.
3. ANSWERED PRAYERS (i.e., both big and small, prayers in their own lives as well as the people they’ve prayed for, etc.)!
